1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All courses and resources offered by Mokinnu Academy are digital products. As such, there are no physical goods to return. Once access to the course or material has been granted, it is considered delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Course Access Issues: If you face technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same course.
- Wrong Purchase: If you mistakenly purchased the wrong course and notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a course
- Failure to complete a course
- Inability to meet system requirements after purchase
- Downloaded or accessed course materials

5. Cancellation Policy
- Courses: Once purchased, online courses cannot be canceled after access is granted.
- Subscription Services (if any): You may cancel any recurring subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
